MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Special Cash Dividends Effective for December 6, 2024

The following have announced Special Cash Dividends:

  • Futu Holdings Limited (FUTU)
  • Universal Insurance Holdings Inc. (UVE)
Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Friday, December 6, 2024. FUTU and UVE options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FUTU and UVE will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, December 5, 2024.
