MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert - Special Cash Dividends Effective for December 4, 2024

The following have announced Special Cash Dividends:

  • Amkor Technology, Inc. (AMKR)
  • Gladstone Capital Corporation (GLAD)
  • Teekay Corporation Ltd. (TK)
Associated strike price adjustments will become effective on Wednesday, December 4, 2024. AMKR, GLAD and TK options will continue to trade without interruption on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange. All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AMKR, GLAD and TK will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, December 3, 2024.
