Tradr 2X Short Innovation Daily ETF (SARK) and Tradr 2X Short TSLA Daily ETF (TSLQ) have announced reverse stock splits effective for Wednesday, November 27, 2024. On that date, the current option classes will change to to the following:

• Tradr 2X Short Innovation Daily ETF (SARK) changes to (SARK1)
• Tradr 2X Short TSLA Daily ETF (TSLQ) changes to (TSLQ1)

The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list the above adjusted options. Therefore, no options on SARK and TSLQ will be available for trading on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

SARK and TSLQ will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Friday, November 29, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SARK and TSLQ will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.
