MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CTXR) and Select Medical Holdings Corporation (SEM)

Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CTXR) has announced a reverse stock split and Select Medical Holdings Corporation (SEM) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, November 26, 2024. On that date, the current option classes will change to to the following:

  • Citius Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (CTXR) changes to (CTXR1)
  • Select Medical Holdings Corporation (SEM) changes to (SEM1)
The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list the above adjusted options. Therefore, no options on CTXR and SEM will be available for trading on Tuesday, November 26, 2024.

CTXR and SEM will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Wednesday, November 27, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CTXR and SEM will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, November 25, 2024.
