MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options for Symbol CBAN Effective Monday, November 18, 2024

Colony Bankcorp, Inc. (“CBAN”) transferred its primary listing from the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) as of Monday, November 18, 2024.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
