MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: OUTFRONT Media Inc. (OUT)
OUTFRONT Media Inc. (OUT) has announced a distribution effective for Friday, November 15, 2024. On that date, the current OUT option class will change to OUT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list OUT1 options. Therefore, no options on OUT will be available for trading on Friday, November 15, 2024.
OUTFRONT Media Inc. (OUT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Monday, November 18, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in OUT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
