MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Liberty Global Ltd. (LBTYA) and Liberty Global Ltd. (LBTYK)

Liberty Global Ltd. (LBTYA) and Liberty Global Ltd. (LBTYK) have announced distributions effective for Wednesday, November 13, 2024.  On that date, the current option classes will change to to the following:

  • Liberty Global Ltd. (LBTYA) changes to (LBTA1)
  • Liberty Global Ltd. (LBTYK) changes to (LBTK1)
The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list the above adjusted options. Therefore, no options on LBTYA and LBTYK will be available for trading on Wednesday, November 13, 2024.

LBTYA and LBTYK will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Thursday, November 14, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in LBTYA and LBTYK will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
