MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options for Newly Listed Symbol KLC Effective Friday, November 8, 2024

Kindercare Learning Companies, Inc. (“KLC”) will start trading on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and MIAX Sapphire Options beginning Friday, November 8, 2024.  NYSE will be the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchanges.
