MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delisting of Biora Therapeutics, Inc. (BIOR)

Biora Therapeutics, Inc. (BIOR) will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange effective on Thursday, October 17, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BIOR will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
