MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX)
Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX) has announced a cash dividend effective for Wednesday, October 16, 2024. On that date, the current FMX option class will change to FMX3. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list FMX3 options. Therefore, no options on FMX will be available for trading on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
Fomento Economico Mexicano, S.A.B. de C.V. (FMX) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FMX will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
