MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. (DLPN)
Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. (DLPN) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, October 16, 2024. On that date, the current DLPN option class will change to DLPN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DLPN1 options. Therefore, no options on DLPN will be available for trading on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
Dolphin Entertainment, Inc. (DLPN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DLPN will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
