MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: 23andMe Holding Co. (ME)
23andMe Holding Co. (ME) has announced a distribution effective for Wednesday, October 16, 2024. On that date, the current ME option class will change to ME1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange will not list ME1 options. Therefore, no options on ME will be available for trading on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
23andMe Holding Co. (ME) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange on Thursday, October 17, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ME will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
