SMART Global Holdings, Inc. (SGH) will change its name and trading symbol to Penguin Solutions, Inc. (PENG) effective on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SGH will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, October 14, 2024.
NOTE: PENG options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange, Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and Cloud 5 on the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange.
