UPDATE: MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Jacobs Solutions Inc. (J)
Jacobs Solutions Inc. (J) has announced a distribution, effective for Monday, September 30, 2024. On that date, the current J option class will change to J1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange, MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Exchange will not list J1 options. Therefore, no options on J will be available for trading on Monday, September 30, 2024.
Jacobs Solutions Inc. (J) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange , MIAX Emerald Options Exchange and MIAX Sapphire Exchange on Tuesday, October 1 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in J will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 27, 2024.
