BlackSky Technology Inc. (BKSY) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, September 9, 2024. On that date, the current BKSY option class will change to BKSY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list BKSY1 options. Therefore, no options on BKSY will be available for trading on Monday, September 9, 2024.
BlackSky Technology Inc. (BKSY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in BKSY will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, September 6, 2024.
