Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. (HHH) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, August 1, 2024. On that date, the current HHH option class will change to HHH1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list HHH1 options. Therefore, no options on HHH will be available for trading on Thursday, August 1, 2024.
Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. (HHH) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, August 2, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HHH will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.
