MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange - Updated Summary of Proposed Non-transaction Fees to Clarify Application of Production Connectivity Waiver Period
This alert updates and supersedes the summary of proposed non-transaction fees for MIAX Sapphire previously announced in the July 23, 2024 alert.
The MIAX Sapphire Production Connectivity Waiver Period will only apply to the first two (2) ports on each switch for 10Gb ULL connections. Any subsequent ports on each switch will be charged the applicable rate of $13,500 per 10Gb ULL connection. Attached is an updated summary of proposed non-transaction fees that will apply to MIAX Sapphire participants, effective August 12, 2024, subject to filing with the SEC prior to launch.
