MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange - Options Regulatory Fee
As previously announced in the July 17, 2024 Alert, the MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange plans to commence electronic operations on August 12, 2024. Pending filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), effective September 1, 2024, MIAX Sapphire will implement an Options Regulatory Fee (“ORF”) of $0.0013 per customer contract per side. The ORF will automatically sunset on October 31, 2024 unless MIAX Sapphire submits a new rule filing with the SEC to amend the sunset date of the ORF prior to October 31, 2024. The Exchange will notify participants via an alert of any anticipated changes in the proposed ORF prior to the effective date of the change. A complete MIAX Sapphire Fee Schedule will be made available prior to commencement of trading on the Exchange.
