U.S. Options

As previously announced in the July 17, 2024 Alert, MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange has been approved by the SEC and is expected to launch on August 12, 2024.

Remaining Industry test dates are currently scheduled for:

1. July 20, 2024
   • All classes currently listed on MIAX Emerald Options
2. August 10, 2024
   • This will be the Confidence Test so firms are encouraged to participate in the earlier test. Only IBM will be listed.
