MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYCB)
New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYCB) has announced a reverse split effective for Friday, July 12, 2024. On that date, the current NYCB option class will change to NYCB1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NYCB1 options. Therefore, no options on NYCB will be available for trading on Friday, July 12, 2024.
New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYCB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, July 15, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NYCB will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
