MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: HOOKIPA Pharma Inc. (HOOK)
HOOKIPA Pharma Inc. (HOOK) has announced a reverse split effective for Wednesday, July 10, 2024. On that date, the current HOOK option class will change to HOOK1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list HOOK1 options. Therefore, no options on HOOK will be available for trading on Wednesday, July 10, 2024.
HOOKIPA Pharma Inc. (HOOK) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, July 11, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in HOOK will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.
