Noah Holdings Limited (NOAH) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Wednesday, July 3, 2024. On that date, the current NOAH option class will change to NOAH1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NOAH1 options. Therefore, no options on NOAH will be available for trading on Wednesday, July 3, 2024.
Noah Holdings Limited (NOAH) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, July 5, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NOAH will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.
