MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RIGL)
Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RIGL) has announced a reverse split effective for Thursday, June 27, 2024. On that date, the current RIGL option class will change to RIGL1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list RIGL1 options. Therefore, no options on RIGL will be available for trading on Thursday, June 27, 2024.
Rigel Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (RIGL) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, June 28, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in RIGL will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
