MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Nikola Corporation (NKLA)

Nikola Corporation (NKLA)  has announced a reverse split effective for Tuesday, June 25, 2024. On that date, the current NKLA option class will change to NKLA1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NKLA1 options. Therefore, no options on NKLA will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. 

Nikola Corporation (NKLA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on wednesday, June 26, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NKLA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 24, 2024.
