MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Illumina, Inc. (ILMN)
Illumina, Inc. (ILMN) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, June 25, 2024. On that date, the current ILMN option class will change to ILMN1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ILMN1 options. Therefore, no options on ILMN will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 25, 2024.
Illumina, Inc. (ILMN) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on wednesday, June 26, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ILMN will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 24, 2024.
