MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Workhorse Group, Inc. (WKHS)
Workhorse Group, Inc. (WKHS) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, June 17, 2024. On that date, the current WKHS option class will change to WKHS1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list WKHS1 options. Therefore, no options on WKHS will be available for trading on Monday, June 17, 2024.
Workhorse Group, Inc. (WKHS) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in WKHS will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 14, 2024.
