MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (SPCE)
Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (SPCE) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, June 17, 2024. On that date, the current SPCE option class will change to SPCE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list SPCE1 options. Therefore, no options on SPCE will be available for trading on Monday, June 17, 2024.
Virgin Galactic Holdings, Inc. (SPCE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, June 18, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SPCE will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, June 14, 2024.
