MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Desktop Metal, Inc. (DM)
Desktop Metal, Inc. (DM) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, June 11, 2024. On that date, the current DM option class will change to DM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DM1 options. Therefore, no options on DM will be available for trading on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.
Desktop Metal, Inc. (DM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, June 12, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DM will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, June 10, 2024.
