MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: DBV Technologies S.A. (DBVT)
DBV Technologies S.A. (DBVT) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, June 7, 2024. On that date, the current DBVT option class will change to DBVT1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list DBVT1 options. Therefore, no options on DBVT will be available for trading on Friday, June 7, 2024.
DBV Technologies S.A. (DBVT) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, June 10, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in DBVT will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, June 6, 2024.
