MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: National Grid plc (NGG) and Sify Technologies Limited (SIFY)
National Grid plc (NGG) and Sify Technologies Limited (SIFY) have announced distributions effective for Friday, May 31, 2024. On that date, the current NGG and SIFY option classes will change to NGG1 and SIFY1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list NGG1 and SIFY1 options. Therefore, no options on NGG and SIFY will be available for trading on Friday, May 31, 2024.
National Grid plc (NGG) and Sify Technologies Limited (SIFY) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, June 3, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NGG and SIFY will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 30, 2024.
