MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Chimera Investment Corporation (CIM)
Chimera Investment Corporation (CIM) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Wednesday, May 22, 2024. On that date, the current CIM option class will change to CIM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CIM1 options. Therefore, no options on CIM will be available for trading on Wednesday, May 22, 2024.
Chimera Investment Corporation (CIM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, May 23, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CIM will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
