AltC Acquisition Corporation (ALCC) will change its name and trading symbol to Oklo Inc. (OKLO) effective on Friday, May 10, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ALCC will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
NOTE: OKLO options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
