MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras (PBR)
Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras (PBR) has announced an Extraordinary Cash Dividend effective for Friday, May 3, 2024. On that date, the current PBR option class will change to PBR1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list PBR1 options. Therefore, no options on PBR will be available for trading on Friday, May 3, 2024.
Petroleo Brasileiro S.A. - Petrobras (PBR) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, May 6, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in PBR will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, May 2, 2024.
