MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Castor Maritime Inc. (CTRM) and MINISO Group Holding Limited (MNSO)
Castor Maritime Inc. (CTRM) has announced a reverse stock split and MINISO Group Holding Limited (MNSO) has announced a Special Cash Dividend effective for Wednesday, March 27, 2024. On that date, the current CTRM and MNSO option classes will change to CTRM1 and MNSO1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CTRM1 and MNSO1 options. Therefore, no options on CTRM and MNSO will be available for trading on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
Castor Maritime Inc. (CTRM) and MINISO Group Holding Limited (MNSO) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Thursday, March 28, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CTRM and MNSO will be canceled at the close of business on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
