U.S. Options

As previously announced in our March 6, 2024 Alert, MIAX will launch the new MIAX Sapphire Options exchange on August 12, 2024, pending SEC approval.  Additional details and links to important information are included below.

Industry test dates are currently scheduled for: 

1. June 29, 2024
   • All classes currently listed on MIAX Emerald Options
2. July 20, 2024
   • All classes currently listed on MIAX Emerald Options
3. August 10, 2024
   • This will be the Confidence Test so firms are encouraged to participate in the earlier tests. Only IBM will be listed.
