MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (ADVM)
Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (ADVM) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, March 21, 2024. On that date, the current ADVM option class will change to ADVM1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ADVM1 options. Therefore, no options on ADVM will be available for trading on Thursday, March 21, 2024.
Adverum Biotechnologies, Inc. (ADVM) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, March 22, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ADVM will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
