MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Aeva Technologies, Inc. (AEVA)
Aeva Technologies, Inc. (AEVA) has announced a reverse split effective for Tuesday, March 19, 2024. On that date, the current AEVA option class will change to AEVA1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AEVA1 options. Therefore, no options on AEVA will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.
Aeva Technologies, Inc. (AEVA) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 20, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AEVA will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 18, 2024.
