MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Yatsen Holding Limited (YSG)

Yatsen Holding Limited (YSG) has announced a reverse split effective for Monday, March 18, 2024. On that date, the current YSG option class will change to YSG1.  The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list YSG1 options. Therefore, no options on YSG will be available for trading on Monday, March 18, 2024. 

Yatsen Holding Limited (YSG) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, March 19, 2024.

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in YSG will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 15, 2024.
