MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Affimed N.V. (AFMD)
Affimed N.V. (AFMD) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Monday, March 11, 2024. On that date, the current AFMD option class will change to AFMD1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list AFMD1 options. Therefore, no options on AFMD will be available for trading on Monday, March 11, 2024.
Affimed N.V. (AFMD) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Tuesday, March 12, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in AFMD will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, March 8, 2024.
