MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc. (TR) and INNOVATE Corporation (VATE)
Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc. (TR) has announced a stock dividend and INNOVATE Corporation (VATE) has announced a distribution effective for Tuesday, March 5, 2024. On that date, the current TR and VATE option classes will change to TR1 and VATE1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TR1 and VATE1 options. Therefore, no options on TR and VATE will be available for trading on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
Tootsie Roll Industries, Inc. (TR) and INNOVATE Corporation (VATE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TR and VATE will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, March 4, 2024.
