MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Name and Symbol Change and Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Symbol FGH (FGF) Effective Friday, March 1, 2024

FG Group Holdings Inc. (“FGH”) had a name and symbol change to Fundamental Global Inc. (“FGF”) and transferred primary listing from the NYSE American Exchange to the NASDAQ Stock Exchange (“NASDAQ”) as of Friday, March 1, 2024.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NASDAQ as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
