MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: FG Group Holdings Inc. (FGH) will change its name and trading symbol to Fundamental Global Inc. (FGF)
FG Group Holdings Inc. (FGH) will change its name and trading symbol to Fundamental Global Inc. (FGF) effective on Friday, March 1, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FGH will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
NOTE: FGF options will trade on Cloud 6 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and on Cloud 3 on the MIAX Pearl Options and the MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
