MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE)
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Friday, March 1, 2024. On that date, the current FFIE option class will change to FFIE2. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list FFIE2 options. Therefore, no options on FFIE will be available for trading on Friday, March 1, 2024.
Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc. (FFIE) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Monday, March 4, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in FFIE will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
