MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Celularity Inc. (CELU)
Celularity Inc. (CELU) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Thursday, February 29, 2024. On that date, the current CELU option class will change to CELU1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list CELU1 options. Therefore, no options on CELU will be available for trading on Thursday, February 29, 2024.
Celularity Inc. (CELU) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, March 1, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in CELU will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.
