MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (TV)
Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (TV) has announced a distribution effective for Thursday, February 22, 2024. On that date, the current TV option class will change to TV1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list TV1 options. Therefore, no options on TV will be available for trading on Thursday, February 22, 2024.
Grupo Televisa, S.A.B. (TV) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Friday, February 23, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in TV will be canceled at the close of business on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
