MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: Aurora Cannabis Inc. (ACB)
Aurora Cannabis Inc. (ACB) has announced a reverse stock split effective for Tuesday, February 20, 2024. On that date, the current ACB option class will change to ACB1. The MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange will not list ACB1 options. Therefore, no options on ACB will be available for trading on Tuesday, February 20, 2024.
Aurora Cannabis Inc. (ACB) will resume trading on the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange on Wednesday, February 21, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ACB will be canceled at the close of business on Friday, February 16, 2024.
