MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (SEAS) will change its name and trading symbol to United Parks & Resorts Inc. (PRKS)
SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (SEAS) will change its name and trading symbol to United Parks & Resorts Inc. (PRKS) effective on Tuesday, February 13, 2024.
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in SEAS will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 12, 2024.
NOTE: PRKS options will trade on Cloud 14 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 7 on the MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
