MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Delistings Effective for February 9, 2024

The following option classes will be de-listed from the MIAX Options Exchange, MIAX Pearl Options Exchange and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange effective on Friday, February 9, 2024:

  • Assembly Biosciences, Inc. (ASMB)
  • Singularity Future Technology Ltd. (SGLY)
  • AgEagle Aerial Systems, Inc. (UAVS)
All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in ASMB, SGLY and UAVS will be canceled at the close of business on Thursday, February 8, 2024.
