MIAX Exchange Group - Options Markets - Corporate Action Alert: NightHawk Biosciences, Inc. (NHWK) will change its name and trading symbol to Scorpius Holdings, Inc. (SCPX)

NightHawk Biosciences, Inc. (NHWK) will change its name and trading symbol to Scorpius Holdings, Inc. (SCPX) effective on Tuesday, February 6, 2024. 

All GTC orders resting on the MIAX order books in NHWK will be canceled at the close of business on Monday, February 5, 2024. 

NOTE: SCPX options will trade on Cloud 16 on the MIAX Options Exchange, and Cloud 8 on the MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options Exchange.
