Change to the Market for Underlying Security Used for Openings on MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options for Symbols CQP and LNG Effective Monday, February 5, 2024

Cheniere Energy Partners L.P. (“CQP”) and Cheniere Energy, Inc. (“LNG”) will transfer primary listing from NYSE American to the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) on Monday, February 5, 2024.

MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options and MIAX Emerald Options will use NYSE as the “market for the underlying security” for the purpose of Openings on the Exchange.
